Outreach Ministries of OSLC
MATTHEW 25 MINISTRIES: one day every week, Our Saviour feeds the hungry in the Robbins area of Moore County.
CHRISTMAS FOR MOORE: Each year our congregation adopts families during the season of Advent! We also host a food collection and last year purchased a ham for each of the families our congregation adopted.

Local Community Partners
FAMILY PROMISE: once a month Our Saviour serves as a host team for families who are currently homeless in our area. With our the help of local churches Family Promise provides meals for families, transportation to and from work and school, and a safe place to sleep and rest afterwards. Together partners of Family Promise provided 968 nights of shelter and over 1800 meals for 12 families, including 24 children, in the first half of 2015.
Boys and Girls Club : The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills is to inspire, enable and educate young people from all backgrounds and circumstances to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Specially designed programs concentrate on developing job readiness, study skills, leadership, self-esteem, good health and social responsibility among Boys & Girls Club members.
Friend to Friend: Friend to Friend’s mission is to help survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault rebuild their lives. Friend to Friend helps do this though emergency shelter, a 24-hour crisis line, court advocacy, hospital accompaniment, and much more. All of these services that are provided are free of charge and completely confidential.
Moore Free Care Clinic: provides high quality primary, preventive and specialty care to limited income people of Moore County who are uninsured and can’t afford access to health care.
Northern Moore Family Resource Center: a resource center that encourages the development of strong families, healthy children and a caring community for northern Moore Country residents. Initiatives include after-school programs and summer camps for children, financial education and affordable housing.
Sandhills/Moore Coalition for Human Care : The Coalition meets the emergency needs of our Moore County neighbors by providing food, clothing and financial resources. Clients meet with trained volunteers and staff to privately discuss their emergency situation and resources available for them.
