brings us into communion with Him. Through music,
our souls rise as incense in praise to God.
There are many ways
to praise God through music at Our Saviour.
Whether
its singing, ringing, playing or listening, we are all
involved in music
during
worship.
If you sing in the choir or
just sing the hymns, you are sharing in one of God's
greatest gifts
to us -- music. Take a moment to

8:30 and
11:00 Service
Choir's
men and women enjoy singing in all styles from the classical sacred
favorites to spirituals to contemporary Christian music.
Our Sunday choirs always have room for new
singers -- young or old, bass or alto, tenor or soprano! No experience
required...just a love of singing! 8:30 Service Choir
TUESDAYS at 7:00 pm. 11:00 Service Choir WEDNESDAYS at 7:30 pm.
Dimensions of Faith
is our
contemporary worship ensemble. This talented group provides music
for our Saturday Evening Services the 1st and
3rd Saturday of every month. Their style is primarily
contemporary Christian but delves into gospel, bluegrass, Celtic
and more. Mainly a piano-based
worship ensemble, we always welcome any instrumentalists that
might want to join us! SATURDAYS at 4:30pm.
Angel
Choir &
Cherub Choir
meet
every Wednesday as part of our
WOW program. The Angel Choir is for kids 1st through 6th
grade
and meets in the Choir Room with Miss Jennifer at 5:15 pm.
Angels sing a variety of music from the classics and familiar
hymns to more contemporary
praise and worship songs. The Cherub Choir is for Pre-K through
Kindergarten and meets with Miss Heidi in the Nursery during the
"Godly Play"
class. The Cherubs learn about how to use their voices in
simple songs to praise the Lord in relation to the stories they
are learning in "Godly Play" curriculum.
WEDNESDAYS at 5:15 pm (Angels) and 6:30 pm (Cherubs).
Handbell Choir
is
comprised of beginning
and experienced ringers working in many parts to create a
whole praising God. The Handbell Choir
rings throughout the year and are always looking for
more to join in the fun! Can't read music? Can count
to 4? Love to make a joyful noise unto the Lord?
The Handbell Choir is for you! TUESDAYS at 5:45 pm.
BRASS
ENSEMBLE is
a diverse group of brass instrumentalists that play
seasonally and on most festival days including Reformation,
Christ the King, Christmas and Easter. Since rehearsal
times vary throughout the year, check the musical schedule
periodically.
