Wednesday night nursery.
Wednesday nights begin in the Fellowship Cafe'
with dinner. For a small free-will offering you do not
have to worry about juggling dinner with getting the family to
church.
Wild on Wednesday begins each night with
dinner at 6:00PM. At 6:30 there are activities for every age to
participate. Children through Kindergarten will participate in Godly
Play. Children in the first-fifth grades will participate in
C.I.A. (Children in Action)This program combines
learning to play children’s handbells, Bible stories, crafts, games and
service projects. The children’s bell choir will be directed by
Jennifer Thomas. Middle Schoolers will
alternate between Confirmation/Bible Study and Junior
Youth.
The adults will study Luther's Small Catechism. Many of us were
confirmed years ago and so it's been a while since we've studied this
important teaching document of the church. Others of us did not
complete confirmation in the Lutheran church but came to the Lutheran
tradition through a different route. So, we can all benefit from a
fresh look at Luther's Small Catechism. Luther structured this
document in a question/answer format that examines core teachings and
practices of the church: the Ten Commandments, The Lord's Prayer, the
Apostles' Creed, and the Sacraments. Join us for this informative
and engaging study!
Arrangements for a nursery can be
