Sunday School began on September 5th
with something exciting for everyone! |
 Nursery
- Children who are too young to participate in Godly Play are invited to
join the nursery attendants for some time learning Bible stories through
song. They will play and worship while learning all about God and how he
cares for us!
Godly Play - Preschool children are invited to meet in classroom 4 for
this special class. Children experience God but haven't yet developed
the skills to express it. Godly Play focuses on teaching children how to
express their feelings about God and experience God in their lives!
Children in Kindergarten - 5th
grade meet in the chapel for a few minutes of singing and gathering
before heading off to their classrooms.
Kindergarten - 2nd graders head to classroom 6 for a morning spent with
AMIGOS!
3rd - 5th graders head to classroom 7 to join in the
Conquest!
Junior and Senior Youth meet in the Youth Wing for three different DVD
studies:
- Why Jesus?
- Am I Happy? Students have more access to
entertainment, education, social networking and material "stuff" than
ever before, yet they often feel confused and empty.
- Conflict - Overcoming stress in your relationships.
Friends gossip and betray. Parents are all about rules and lecturing.
Teachers and coaches single out favorites. When life is unfair, even God
seems to be a part of the conflict. Students can start to feel like
every one is out to get them.
Adult Sunday School Classes:
NOOMA DVD Series: fifteen minute videos followed by powerful discussion
and reflection
Jesus lived with the awareness that God is doing something, right here,
right now, and anybody can be a part of it. He encouraged his listeners
to search, to question, to wrestle with the implications of what he was
saying and doing. He inspired, challenged, provoked, comforted, and
invited people to be open to God's work in this world. Wherever he went,
whatever he did, Jesus started discussions about what matters most,
because for Jesus, God is always inviting us to open our eyes and join
in. NOOMA is a series of short films that explore our world from a
perspective of Jesus. NOOMA is an invitation to search, question, and
join the discussion.

Days, an experience you will not have to do alone. Weekly small
groups, lessons and other great helps offered on this website will help
you be encouraged from day one to day ninety. This is personal.

people, you have tried one-year through-the-bible reading programs, and
have lost interest by April. In this concentrated three-month time
period, the goal is within reach when you start, and there are tools to
keep you motivated along the way.
