At OSLC, Debbie  is responsible for the development of all educational ministry programs.  This includes the selection of curriculum and the recruitment of, and training of, education disciples. OSLC offers Sunday School, a Wednesday night program, day camps, Vacation Bible School, Lent and Easter programs, a Harvest Festival, Advent Fair, Christmas Pageant as well as other programs throughout the year.

Debbie works with the junior youth (middle school) and the senior high youth.  OSLC offers Bible study/Confirmation and Junior Youth on Wednesday nights and Senior Youth on Sunday nights.  Both groups participate in Bible study, service projects and social activities. The youth groups travel for mission projects and sometimes just to have fun.

Debbie plans the weekly Chapel program for the preschool and serves on the board of directors. She also supervises the nursery staff.
